It couldnt open my rw2 file properly.

I try to open my rw2 file, but it couldnt express color.
It looks like mono photograpy.
Before purchase, I tried to find a information for supporting rw2... but theres no information about that.
Thats why I have to buy first and try that.
But... It doesnt work for my rw2 files.
Id like to refund it...
