Anybody else crashing?

This app will run for me at first, but crashes (the whole app quits) on attempting to open any file. Anyone else having this problem, and found any workaround?

I have sent the developer two crash data reports over the past week-and-a-half but have heard nothing. Their website (linked above for support) doesnt even mention this app.

I paid for this based upon the good reviews on this page. If we could demo these apps, I wouldnt have bought it (until it worked).
